SCOTLAND CALL-UP

CONGRATULATIONS to 2004 squad member Finn Douglas on his call-up to train with Scotland Under 14s in Glasgow. It is a tremendous honour for both the player and the club.

Under 14s coach Shane Greene said "Finn signed for the club last year from Melrose and has excelled as a striker for  the 2004s. His power and speed  have proven to be a real thorn in the side for opposition defences with over 30 goals already this season and those  attributes have seen him excel at both rugby and athletics too".

"His willingness to listen and learn make him a pleasure to coach and he is fully deserving of the plaudits he is receiving."
