Gala Fairydean Rovers FC can confirm that Steven Noble has informed the club’s Executive Committee of his intention to step down from his role as First Team Manager at the end of the current season. The club have already began the process of filling the vacancy. Steven will remain at the club, joining the Board in an advisory capacity. Steven’s Assistant Manager, Garry Fraser, will also be stepping down from his position to concentrate on his role as Chairman of the newly established Gala Fairydean Rovers Football Academy. The club are delighted that both Steven and Garry will remain with Gala Fairydean Rovers. Gala Fairydean Rovers, a Community Club with 17 teams, over 300 players and over 100 volunteers are currently in the process of re-structuring all aspects of the football department at the club and will shortly be announcing an exciting new partnership that we believe will allow the club to improve our on field performance for our first team and the youth and junior pathway that supports it. An exciting opportunity now exists for a driven and ambitious coach to fill the role as new First Team Manager of Gala Fairydean Rovers.
