HOME GAME

A CRACKING match is in store when East Stirlingshire visit the Netherdale 3G Arena this Saturday. It will be Gala Fairydean Rovers penultimate home game in this season's Geosonic Lowland League and the Shire will provide tough opposition. Gala have held the upper hand in previous fixtures this season winning 3-0 at the Falkirk Stadium and also a 2-0 home win in the Scottish Cup. Premier Club tickets apply for this match otherwise the admission prices are £5 for adults and £3 concessions. The match, sponsored by Galashiels-based Hearth and Home, kicks off at 3pm.

2006 SQUAD

The under 13s went down 4-2 to Tynecastle FC Whites in a hard-fought cup tie in Edinburgh on Sunday. No scheduled match this weekend.

2005 SQUAD

The under 14s lost 6-0 at home to first division Musselburgh Windsor in a cup tie at the Netherdale 3G Arena on Sunday. This Sunday Musselburgh Windsor Blues are the opposition in a league match at the Netherdale 3G Arena. Kick off 11pm.

2004 SQUAD

AN entertaining game at the Netherdale 3G Arena on Sunday afternoon saw the under 15s edge out Peebles 3-1. The team is away to Newcraighall Leith Vics. Transport times to be given at training.

LOTTO

There were no winning tickets in the Gala Fairydean Rovers Lotto draw at the weekend. The numbers were 2, 6 and 16. That means an estimated jackpot of £400 this weekend.

BONUS BALL

NO-ONE had number 54 in the weekly Gala Fairydean Rovers Bonus Ball competition. The prize money this weekend rises to £75.

PREMIER CLUB

The winners of the Gala Fairydean Rovers Premier Club draw for February were: £100, Mark Rankine; £50, John Langham; £25, Norrie Collins.
