HOME GAME


CALEDONIAN Braves are the visitors to the Netherdale 3G Arena this Saturday for what promises to be an intriguing Lowland League fixture.

Formerly known as Edusport Academy, the Lanarkshire outfit currently sit seventh place in the table following their 4-1 win over Vale of Leithen at Strathclyde Park on Saturday. But Gala Fairydean Rovers will be looking for another three points to edge them away from the danger zone.


Premier Club cards apply for this fixture. Otherwise the admission fees are £7 for adults and £4 concessions. Children under 16 free

but only if accompanied by an adult. Saturday's kick off is 3pm.


This will be the start of three consecutive home matches at the Netherdale 3G Arena during the month of January. After the Caledonian Braves game, title-chasing Kelty Hearts are the visitors on Saturday, January 18. Please note this fixture has been brought forward from the scheduled February 22 date. And on the birthday of Robert Burns on Saturday, January 25, Gala Fairydean Rovers host Gretna 2008.



TRANSFER NEWS


GFR welcome new signing Gareth Rodger to Netherdale. The 25 year old will add great quality and experience in the heart of the defence. Gareth's pervious clubs include Stirling Albion, Edinburgh City, Forfar, Brechin & St Johnstone.



AWAY DAY


GALA Fairydean Rovers Amateurs will be looking to build on their good start to 2020 when they travel to Berwick-Upon-Tweed this Saturday. Highfields United are the opposition in a Border Amateur C Division fixture. Kick off is 2pm.



2007 SQUAD


The under 13s are at home to Salvesen Reds this Sunday in a SERYFA Division 3A fixture. Kick off at the Netherdale 3G Arena is 11am.



2006 SQUAD


The under 14s entertain Salvesen Blades in a SERYFA Division 1 match this Sunday. Kick off at the Netherdale 3G Arena is 12.30p.m.



2005 SQUAD


The under 15s travel to play Kelso in a SERYFA Division 2 match this Sunday. Transport times to be confirmed at training.



2004 SQUAD


The under 16s host Currie in a SERYFA Division 2 game this Sunday. Kick off at the Netherdale 3G Arena is 2p.m.



2003 SQUAD


The under 17s are at home to North Berwick in a league match this Saturday. Kick off on the Netherdale back pitches is 1p.m.



LOTTO


The popular Gala Fairydean Rovers Lotto draw resumes this weekend with a £200 prize. Tickets priced £1 are available at various town centre outlets and at the clubrooms this weekend before 2p.m. on Sunday.



BONUS BALL


The winner of the Gala Fairydean Rovers Bonus Ball competition with number 11 was Tom Cass who won £25.



PREMIER CLUB


The winners of the Gala Fairydean Rovers Premier Club draw for December were: £500 - John Murray; £100 - Kenny Donaldson; £50 - Andrew Davidson.
